Holistic Health Coach & Emotional Intuitive Guide
🌸 About Me
I’m someone who has always been drawn to inner truth, healing, and the deeper meaning of life.
Meditation became my home when I was nine years old — a gentle doorway to clarity, peace, and presence. That early connection shaped everything I am today.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens from the inside out — through awareness, emotional clarity, nourishment, intuition, and reconnecting with the wisdom already living within us.
As a Holistic Health Coach & Emotional Intuitive Guide, I offer a soft and grounded space for anyone who feels ready to return to themselves.
Creativity is a natural part of my life. I’m an artist at heart, expressing myself through filmmaking, poetic writing, photography, and the beauty of everyday moments. I create raw vegan recipes inspired by my love for nature’s healing foods, living nourishment, and simple abundance.
Another part of my soul lives in devotional Indian classical dance — a sacred practice that, for me, feels like meditation in motion. Through movement, through breath, through silence, I connect to something deeper and timeless.
I live in nature with my children and our beloved rescue animals. Our home is filled with compassion, simplicity, and a deep respect for Earth — qualities that inspire every part of my work.
My intention is simple:
to help you reconnect with your inner voice, to create space for healing, and to walk alongside you as you rediscover your path to clarity, balance, and truth.
This is what Ayse Earth was created for — a sanctuary for presence, healing, and heart-centered living.
🌙 Read My Story
My journey has been anything but linear: it has been human, raw, and transformative.Even though I grew up surrounded by spirituality, meditation, and holistic living, my early adulthood took me into emotional turbulence. I moved through patterns of emotional eating, binge eating, addictive habits, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and deep feelings of unworthiness.
Knowledge wasn’t enough — I needed embodiment. I needed gentleness. I needed truth.
Life kept teaching me through relationships, through pain, through getting lost and finding myself again. I hit emotional lows that forced me to look inward. Over time, through meditation, inner work, raw living, and holistic healing, I began to return home to myself.
I learned to nourish my body instead of punishing it. I learned emotional freedom instead of attachment. I learned to trust my intuition instead of doubt my worth. I learned that softness is strength — and that healing unfolds slowly, lovingly, in its own time.
My car accident became one of my greatest teachers. Surviving it reminded me of the fragility and miracle of life. It deepened my gratitude, my presence, and my devotion to living with intention.
Every struggle became a doorway. Every lesson shaped the work I do now.
My story is not about perfection — it’s about remembering. Remembering who we are beneath fear and conditioning. Remembering the truth that healing is always possible. Remembering that we can return to ourselves again and again, no matter how far we feel.
It is my deepest honor to guide others on their own path of healing, clarity, and inner truth.
